About the role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Associate to join our highly successful Residential Sales team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career in real estate while learning from experienced and high-performing sales professionals. Working closely with a Sales Agent, you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the property sales process, from prospecting and marketing through to inspections, auctions and settlements.

The role offers a blend of customer service, administration, business development and sales support activities and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, driven and eager to learn. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers while supporting the achievement of sales targets and business growth.

This part-time opportunity would suit someone returning to the workforce, seeking greater flexibility, or looking to utilise their existing administration, customer service, sales support or relationship management skills in a professional and rewarding environment. Whether you have previous real estate experience or are looking to transfer skills gained in another industry, we are seeking someone who is organised, proactive, customer-focused and enjoys working with people.



Full training, mentoring and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting Open for Inspections

- Assisting at auctions, including auction administration and pencilling

- Attending sales training sessions, meetings and company events

- Coordinating and attending building and pest inspections, photo shoots and pre-settlement inspections

- Liaising with vendors, buyers, rental providers and renters

- Preparing marketing and prospecting materials

- Conducting prospecting activities, including letterbox drops and telephone canvassing

- Maintaining accurate databases and completing sales administration tasks

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

- Liaising with solicitors, contractors and service providers throughout the sales process

- Assisting with business development initiatives and identifying recent opportunities

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards and company procedures

- Maintaining a strong understanding of local market conditions and trends

- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey

About you:

- To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:





- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or higher qualification

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable motor vehicle

- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

- High levels of energy, enthusiasm and motivation

- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach

- Strong administration and computer skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Solid work ethic, reliability and commitment

- Positive, outgoing and professional attitude

- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of the local property market will be highly regarded but is not essential.
