We are actively looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our team in a new purpose-built site at Elizabeth Quay, Perth. While embracing our internal systems you will lead a positive and engaged team to serve the best burgers and hand-crafted sides, and bespoke milkshakes around.

Key responsibilities
- Overseeing stock levels and inventory
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Promoting and marketing the business on multiple platforms
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints, instore and online
- Problem-solving and willing to adapt to suit the seasonal market
- Working within rostering budgets and maintaining sustainable COGS
- Driving excellence in customer service
- Maintaining high quality standards and ensuring recipe recommendations are being maintained
- Be a hands-on manager that is willing to lead by example
About you
- A minimum of two years' experience in a previous role
- Must have experience delivering high standard management in the hospitality industry
- Work with consistency, cleanliness, quality, and pride in your work
- Hold a positive and proactive attitude
- As part of the leadership team you will be a collaborative team player who can execute the vision of Hello Harry
- Be a supportive mentor to team members and lead by example
- A working knowledge of monthly menu updates, calendar events and coordinating functions
- Exceptional organization and planning skills that are second to none in a diverse operational environment
- Proven business acumen in the administrative aspects and responsibilities of the position
- Be versatile, able to think fast on your feet and respond positively in dynamic situations
