We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Jewelry Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a flair for building relationships with clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget
- Provide expert product knowledge, including information on gemstones, metals, and jewelry care
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including ring sizing, customization options, and financing if applicable
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communication and personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of jewelry trends, gemstones, and precious metals




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
