As you can tell from our brand name, our main product is the fresh and tasty baguette with a massive range of “homemade flavour” items. Anne's Pantry currently has some stores around the Surrey Hills, Box Hill, Balwyn and Ashburton. /n

/n Key responsibilities include: /n /n

- Managing and controlling the daily retail operations of the store to ensure efficient service and achievement of operational objectives.

/n

- Determining product ranges, stock levels and customer service standards based on sales performance, seasonal demand and customer preferences.

/n

- Selecting, training, rostering, supervising and evaluating the performance of retail staff.

/n

- Monitoring food products, beverages, packaging and other inventory levels and coordinating purchasing, supplier orders and inventory control.

/n

- Monitoring sales, labour expenses, stock costs, wastage and other operating expenses against established budgets and financial targets.

/n

- Overseeing point-of-sale operations, cash handling, banking, daily reconciliations and the maintenance of stock and financial transaction records.

/n

- Implementing pricing strategies, product displays, promotional activities and local marketing initiatives in accordance with business requirements.

/n

- Ensuring attractive product presentation,



accurate product information and consistent customer service standards.

/n

- Responding to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints and implementing measures to improve customer satisfaction.

/n

- Planning staffing and stock requirements for weekends, public holidays, seasonal periods and periods of high customer traffic.

/n

- Establishing and implementing operational procedures to improve sales, productivity, stock control and service efficiency.

/n

- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, hygiene and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Safeguarding cash, stock, equipment and other business assets through appropriate security and loss-prevention procedures.

/n Qualifications/n

/n Qualifications: /n /n

- At least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience in a similar retail management role

/n

- At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
