/n • Have the ability to develop solutions and strategies to help customers pick the right product
/n • Be capable of crafting and implementing strategies to improve product mix, stock levels, and service standards
/n • Formulate and execute purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote our establishment's goods and services
/n • Provide exceptional customer service by selling goods and services and offering expert advice on product use
/n • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, as well as overseeing budgeting for the establishment
/n • Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional in their interactions with customers
/n • Monitor market trends and make recommendations for new products or services to improve sales and customer satisfaction
/n • Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing training and support
/n • Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations, and provide leadership and support to your team in order to achieve the best possible results We require someone who: /n • Is self-driven and motivated
/n • Able to maintain excellent customer service no matter the situation
/n • Has a base level of knowledge in the Flooring products industry (preferred)
/n • Has a degree or 2+ years of sales/management experience
/n • Has a strong work ethic
