Edge Plaster Linings is offering the position of an Apprentice Plasterer to join our team of skilled professionals with over 25 years experience.

n

You will receive on-the-job training along with training from a Registered Training Organisation to become a qualified Plasterer with a Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Linings. Feel supported with mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in residential, commercial, renovations, insurance and maintenance plastering.

Skills to be learned: n

n
- Fix plasterboard wall and ceiling sheets
n
- Fix wet area sheets
n
- Plan, measure and cut
n
- Use of power tools
n
- Finish plasterboard joins manually and mechanically
n
- Construct and install bulkheads, plaster, cornice and decorative features
n
- Apply basic levelling procedures
n
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
n
- Assist in the setup and clean up of worksites




n
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
n

Requirements: nn
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- NSW White Card
n
- Willingness to learn
n
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident be eligible for this position
