Job Description

Wellways Australia Limited in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD, is seeking a Peer Facilitator for the Carer Gateway In-Person Peer Support program. You will lead group sessions for carers, drawing on CHIME recovery principles and peer support practices to foster connection and recovery.

Using lived experience as a carer, you will help participants share, learn and grow, delivering sessions on stress management, sleep, communication, and navigating services like NDIS and My Aged Care.
