Job Description

Ahern Australia has an excellent chance for an experienced, motivated Workshop Technician to join the team based at our Dandenong operation.

Skills & Experience:

n

Mechanical Trade Qualification

n

Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults utilising schematics and technical publications

n

Minimum 1-2 years of experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults is required

n

Experience with EWP's, Spider Lifts, Truck mounted booms & Telehandlers highly desirable.

n

Carry out programmed servicing and repairs in the workshop with potential for field based work for motivated applicants

n

Current Drivers Licence

n

EWP & Forklift Licence (preferred)

n

Strong Communication Skills

n

Maintain accurate service records of work carried out

n

Liaise with internal and external customers to provide excellent customer satisfaction.

Australian work rights are required for this position
