We are seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and AWS .

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
n
- Build and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt .
n
- Develop data models, reusable macros, tests, documentation, and CI/CD processes.
n
- Optimize Snowflake performance, security, and cost efficiency.
n
- Use AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis, and Step Functions .
n
- Implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and security standards.
n
- Lead technical designs, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
n
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
n
- Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.
n





Required Qualifications: nn
- 10+ years of experience in data or software engineering.
n
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, AWS, SQL, and Python .
n
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud architecture.
n
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
n
- Solid technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n

Preferred Qualifications: nn
- Experience with Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Terraform, or Docker.
n
- SnowPro or AWS certification.
n
- Experience with data governance, streaming, and BI platforms.
n
