Position Overview n

We are urgently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.

n

This role is based at our Cardiff training facilities and is responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:

n

n
- CPCCLSF2001: Basic Scaffolding
n
- CPCCLSF3001: Intermediate Scaffolding
n
- CPCCLSF4001: Advanced Scaffolding
n

n

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
n
- Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements
n
- Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices
n
- Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice
n
- Travel to client sites as required,



including occasional work away from home
n

Requirements nn
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
n
- Competency in at least one of the scaffolding units listed above
n
- Demonstrated scaffolding industry experience and the ability to provide evidence of current industry skills and knowledge
n
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
n
- A willingness to travel as required

The following will be highly regarded: nn
- Holding a SafeWork NSW Accredited Assessor Licence
n
- Previous experience delivering training and assessment within an RTO environment
