Lead the delivery of complex mid to high-end residential renovation projects with one of Victoria’s leading design and renovation companies.

About the role n

We are looking for an experienced and capable Site Supervisor to manage the construction delivery of our residential renovation projects.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run multiple sites, communicate clearly, hold trades accountable, solve problems quickly, and maintain a high standard of workmanship and client service throughout the build.

n

You will report directly to the Construction Manager and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

n

Our office is based in Armadale, and projects are generally located within a 30-minute drive from the office.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Supervise and coordinate multiple residential renovation projects
n
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and to programme
n
- Maintain strong communication between clients, trades, designers, project administration, and directors
n
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
n
- Set clear expectations for subcontractors and monitor performance on site
n
- Carry out quality control inspections and manage defects
n
- Identify issues early and escalation or resolve them proactively
n
- Monitor project progress against budget and schedule
n
- Ensure permit and compliance requirements are met
n
- Induct and coordinate site crews, trades, and subcontractors
n
- Act as the link between site and office to keep projects moving smoothly
n

Who we’re looking for n

The right person will be organised,



proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing the moving parts of fast-paced residential construction projects.

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site supervision or similar construction role
n
- Carpentry background preferred, but not essential
n
- Strong communication, letter writing, and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing control of quality or detail
n
- Sound understanding of construction administration and building contracts
n
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- A professional and solutions-focused approach
n
- Current driver’s licence
n
