As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will actively assist in branch operations, including the checking, packing, and dispatch of sales orders , while supporting workshop and site service activities.

n

You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and contributing to a positive company reputation through prompt and courteous service.

What does your day look like: nn
- Organise, pick, charge, and dispatch daily orders with correct documentation
n
- Inspect and test hose assemblies in line with QA and ISO procedures
n
- Complete quality assurance checks prior to dispatch
n
- Coordinate freight bookings and communicate consignment details to clients
n
- Assist site services teams with onsite customer requirements (local and interstate, including outside normal hours where required)
n




- Maintain high warehouse presentation standards
n
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
n

Who are you? nn
- A current and valid driver's licence
n
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office
n
- A positive learning attitude and willingness to adapt to changing business requirements
n
- A strong work ethic and pride in professional presentation
n
- The ability to develop and retain product and service knowledge
n
