/n We are seeking a driven and energetic Retail Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of one of our vibrant restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, fostering a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding GYG’s commitment to quality and authenticity. /n Key Responsibilities: /n · Manage day to day running of the restaurant, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. /n · Ensure that menu items are prepared and delivered in accordance with GYG’s food recipe and cooking guides. /n · Manage inventory and maintain stock at sufficient levels to ensure all products are available to customers at all time. /n · Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering teamwork and alignment with workplace goals. /n · Arranging the ordering and purchasing of goods and ingredients according to budget. /n · Takes full ownership of the P&L; including management of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Cost of Labour (COL), operating expenses and cash management. /n · Ensure the correct use and maintenance of all equipment in accordance with GYG requirements and the manufacturer’s guidelines. /n · Complete accurate financial and system reporting and provide results and feedback to the Culinary & Operations Coach/Franchisee. /n · Maintain restaurant security to protect people and assets including updating of security codes and key logs. /n · Effectively manage Local Area Marketing (LMA)

Experience: /n · A minimum of Diploma qualification /n · At least two years of experience as a store manager in a retail setting /n · Strong financial and commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and act on sales opportunities and P&L; management strategies /n · Previous success in meeting and exceeding KPI’s in a managerial role /n · Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience /n · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills /n
