/n About the Role /n /n UGG EXPRESS is one of Australia’s leading sheepskin and footwear retailers, offering a wide range of UGG boots, footwear, accessories and sheepskin products. /n /n We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and provide a great shopping experience for our customers. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
/n
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, styles and sizes.
/n
- Develop valuable product knowledge and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
/n
- Process sales, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
/n
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.
/n
- Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and general store operations.
/n
- Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interested in retail, fashion or footwear.

- Able to work independently after training.

- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
