Star Phones is a well-established mobile accessories and phone repair retailer with 55+ stores across Australia. We are growing our team and looking for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores across Melbourne, VIC.

POSITION

Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Sydney NSW

Employment: Full-time and Part time

Hours: 24-50 hours per week

Pay: $27.81-$35.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Retail Sales Assistant at Star Phones, you will be part of a fast-paced retail environment where customer service, sales and product knowledge are at the heart of what we do.

Your responsibilities will include

- Promoting and selling mobile accessories including phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables and power banks
- Assisting customers with basic mobile phone repairs and services
- Providing friendly, professional and personalised customer service
- Identifying customer needs and confidently recommending suitable products
- Working towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining excellent store presentation and product displays
- Working closely with the team to create a positive shopping experience




- Building product knowledge and keeping up with the latest mobile technology
