/n Reporting to a supportive Supervisor this role has the autonomy and job variety that will enable you to strengthen your settlements experience.

In the role you will: /n /n

- Review and consolidate consumer and commercial loan documents /n
- Ensure loan contracts comply with company policies /n
- Advise and assist Dealers, Brokers, and Customers to rectify discrepancies within loan applications /n




- Verify the employment status of retail customers /n
- Liaise with retail and commercial credit teams to ensure NCCP, AML, and company policies and procedures are followed /n /n

Requirements/n /n

- Minimum 2 years of settlements or compliance experience working for a finance company /n
- Solid verbal and written communication skills /n
- Exceptional attention to detail /n
- Outstanding problem-solving ability /n
- Knowledge of compliance obligations NCCP, AML, and ACL /n /n
