Location: Gold Coast /n About the Role: /n Join the Dotti team as Store Manager at our Harbourtown DFO store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who’s all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. If you’re motivated by fashion, driven by results and passionate about leading your team to success, this is the role for you! /n This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays. /n A Day in the Life: /n /n

- Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.

- Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.

- Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store’s sales opportunities.

/n

- Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.

/n

- Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.

/n

- Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
