/n Store Manager – South Yarra, Melbourne (Full-Time)/n Location: Chapel st, South Yarra, Melbourne

Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday

Start Date: Immediate

Wage: Level 6 Award Wage /n We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in South Yarra. This is a full-time, position where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do/n /n

- /n Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach /n
- /n Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met /n
- /n Manage store sales and KPIs /n
- /n Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets /n
- /n Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance /n
- /n Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards /n
- /n Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment /n What We’re Looking For/n /n
- /n At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred) /n
- /n Strong leadership,
