Are you an experienced scheduler with a strong understanding of the transport industry? Join a leading road transport company in Queensland and play a key role in keeping freight moving safely and efficiently across the country.

We’re currently seeking Road Transport Schedulers to join our dynamic operations team. Various full time shifts are available across any of the seven days, day or night , covering a range of hours to support our 24/7 operation.

? About the Role:

As a scheduler, you'll be responsible for:

- Coordinating local and long-distance driver runs
- Allocating vehicles and resources to meet delivery schedules
- Ensuring compliance with fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Liaising with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Responding to operational changes and providing real-time support





✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in road transport scheduling or logistics
- Experience with TruckMate, MTData, Seeing Machines and Logmaster or commitment to learn essential
- Sound knowledge of NHVR fatigue rules and CoR obligations
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and computer skills
