03rd September, 2026/n We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join an established New Home Sales team. /n Working alongside experienced Sales Consultants in a display-based environment, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales journey – from initial customer enquiries and lead qualification through to appointments, follow-ups and supporting customers as they begin the exciting process of building their new home. /n As a display-based role, weekend work is required, with two rostered days off during the week. What You'll Be Doing: /n /n
- Engaging with prospective home buyers and qualifying enquiries
/n
- Following up current and existing sales leads
/n
- Assisting Sales Consultants with appointments and customer enquiries
/n
- Building strong relationships with prospective buyers
/n
- Maintaining CRM records and managing customer follow-ups
/n
- Learning house designs, pricing, land options and the building process
/n
- Providing sales and administrative support to the wider team
/n
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction
/n About You:/n
/n
/n Ideally, you'll have previous experience within New Home Sales,
residential construction, real estate or property, along with a genuine customer-first approach and a passion for building a rewarding, long-term career within the new homes industry./n
