They lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
- Build the bond between our brand and our customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual's personalities, loves and needs
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
- Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
- Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment
- Operate the till system, handling financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
About you
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Valid Australian work rights required
- Full flexibility required to accommodate varying business needs
- Available to work variable hours across different shift patterns
- Results driven and target-focused
- Ability to engage customers and achieve sales goals
