The Role:

- Attend open homes and assist with buyer enquiries
- Prospect for new business through cold and warm leads
- Build and maintain strong vendor and buyer relationships
- Assist with appraisals, photoshoots and property marketing
- Liaise with solicitors and other key stakeholders
- Support the sales process from listing through to settlement

The Person:

- Previous real estate experience is essential, with Sales Associate experience preferred
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Eager to learn,



take direction and build a long-term career in real estate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident, organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
