/n /n You might be a recent graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity. Or you might already be working in telesales, a call centre, recruitment, insurance, telco, memberships, customer service or retail sales and know that you're good at talking to people.
/n /n Either way, if you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets and want the opportunity to earn $100K in your first year, we want to hear from you.

- $75,000 base + super

- Uncapped commission

/n What Will You Actually Be Doing? You'll spend a large part of your day on the phone speaking with Australian business owners./n
/n You'll be responsible for:/n
/n /n
- Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
/n
- Starting conversations and identifying sales opportunities
/n
- Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
/n
- Qualifying potential customers
/n
- Handling objections and building rapport
/n
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
/n
- Developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills

- Are a recent university graduate looking to break into sales
/n
- Have experience in phone sales, telesales, call centres or customer service
/n
- Love talking to people and can build rapport quickly
/n
- Are comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
/n
- Are competitive, resilient and motivated by results

- Have full Australian working rights
/n Finance experience isn't essential. Sales experience doesn't need to come from a corporate environment./n
