Initially, you’ll be an important part of our reception and administration team, acting as a welcoming and professional first point of contact while supporting the wider office. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll receive hands-on training and exposure to the sales campaign process, progressing into a role responsible for coordinating property campaigns from listing through to sale.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A positive eye for presentation and creative flair will also be highly regarded.

Responsibilities will include:

- Reception and general office administration
- Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
- Supporting the sales and property management teams
- Maintaining office records, correspondence and documentation
- Processing banking and other office-related tasks
- Coordinating property campaigns from listing through to sale
- Liaising with photographers, suppliers and external providers
- Managing campaign timelines and key deadlines
- Preparing property documentation, brochures and advertising materials
- Assisting with online listings and campaign updates
- Providing ongoing campaign support to the sales team

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in real estate, administration or campaign coordination is highly regarded. A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one. An interest or capability in design, content creation and visual presentation would also be highly regarded. A competitive salary package will be negotiated based on the successful applicant’s experience, skills and level of industry knowledge.
