Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct property sales activities
- Negotiate with clients and stakeholders
- Work with CRM technology to manage sales pipeline
- Work outside traditional business hours when clients and opportunities require it
About you

- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Entrepreneurial in your approach
- An active listener and confident communicator
- Persuasive without being pushy
- A strong negotiator
- Able to understand what truly motivates people
- Driven by results and the opportunity to build a substantial income
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
- Previous sales experience highly regarded; real estate experience not essential
