We are seeking to appoint a suitable candidate in the role of Senior Living Consultant/Sales Consultant to join our vibrant, hardworking and supportive team who take pride in upholding the values of Omega.
This role is responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets by providing high levels of resident/client satisfaction through the effective delivery of sales, settlements, marketing, and service.
The successful candidate will bring following skills and experience to the role:
- Proven sales experience within Retirement village industry or similar
- Proactive, Resilient and Self-starter with ability to source and convert leads
- Community minded,
Empathetic and great relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in marketing will be viewed favourably
- Basic knowledge of MS office or similar
- Working knowledge of South Australian Retirement Villages Act will be viewed favourably In addition, the successful candidate will:
- Be versatile, team player with a ‘can do’ approach
- Will have a current National police clearance or be willing to undergo police check. Employment will be subject to successful police check.
- Some weekend and out of hours work may be required
