You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Rentokil Initial Hygiene services. With your friendly and confident nature you will succeed in this highly competitive environment. /n /n You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your territory. /n /n To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities.
You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team. /n /n In this role you will be responsible for these key areas: /n /n /n
- Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visits
/n
- Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
/n
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
/n
- Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
/n
- Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
/n /n /n You will have skills and experience including: /n /n /n
- Previous sales experience
/n
- Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory
/n
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
/n
- A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
/n
- Good time management skills
/n
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
/n
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
/n
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
