Job Description

Talenza on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own planning, execution, reporting and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Business Analysts to monitor spend, audiences and ROI, and to turn data into actionable improvements.

The role is permanent and in office with initial 6 months in the office and hybrid flexibility after probation.
