Job Description

Cohort Staffing is seeking a compassionate, hands-on House Supervisor to support a female NDIS participant across residential settings in Victoria. You will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and hands-on support, promoting independence and person-centred care within the team and ensuring supports are delivered safely and respectfully.

This full time role involves AM, PM and sleepover shifts, a focus on trauma-informed care, collaboration with healthcare professionals and families, and
