Job Description

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse (Clinical Facilitator - Renal) to join the Renal Inpatient Unit at Gold Coast University Hospital. The role focuses on translating evidence-based practice into daily care, delivering education and mentoring to nursing staff in renal services.

You will support patients receiving peritoneal dialysis and specialist nephrology care, provide formal and informal education sessions, and promote protected medication management in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary
