About the Role:

n

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Event Partnerships Coordinator to support the delivery of EGC’s Event Partnerships Program. Reporting to the Event Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of major events, supporting funding agreements, stakeholder coordination, ticketing, signage, finance administration and event deliverables.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building relationships and keeping multiple moving parts on track, while helping attract and support major events for the Gold Coast.

What You’ll Do:

n

n
- Support the delivery and administration of EGC’s Event Partnerships Program and portfolio of major events.
n
- Coordinate key program activities including signage, ticketing, event calendars, contracts and deliverables.
n
- Manage finance administration including purchase orders, invoices and liaison with the Finance team.
n
- Support the preparation and execution of funding agreements and track event deliverables and outcomes.
n
- Build strong relationships with event organisers, venues, suppliers and industry partners.
n
- Prepare documentation and provide administrative support to the Event Partnerships Manager and General Manager, Event Partnerships.
n
- Work collaboratively across EGC to support successful event partnerships and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

n

n




- 1–3 years’ experience in events, sponsorship, grants or a relevant field.
n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.
n
- Strong written communication and relationship management skills.
n
- Experience or knowledge of contracts, funding or sponsorship agreements.
n
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems; ProSpend experience is advantageous.
n
- A collaborative, positive and practical approach, with a willingness to work outside standard hours when required.
