Elevate sales is an in-house direct sales company in home services, specialising in residential window cleaning. In just 18 months we've grown rapidly across Sydney with 1,000+ five-star Google reviews. We're VC-backed, mentored by one of the most successful operators in the UK field sales industry, and our plans are big: expansion across multiple cities and into multiple home-service markets.
Our owner came from the charity marketing agency face-to-face world and built Cloud9 to fix what's broken in the agency model. There's no middleman and no client campaign that can be pulled out from under you. The product is ours.
The role
You'll lead and grow our Sydney field sales team.
- Recruit, train and develop door-to-door reps
- Lead from the front
- Own team KPIs covering sales volume,
sales quality and rep retention
- Build the culture and leadership pipeline of the team
- Earn uncapped commissions while developing valuable sales skills
You must have
- Experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales (charity, energy, telco, solar, home services or similar).
- Experience leading a field team as a team leader, office manager or director
- A proven track record

Pay: $300,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
