- You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives – Full training, mentoring and support will be provided to assist you in becoming a successful Sales Executive! /n
- You will learn about the GAC, LDV & RAM brands, their models and features

/n

- You will learn about customer needs, customer service expectations and the overall decision-making process /n
- You will learn negotiation and closing techniques as well as how to manage enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face

/n





- You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up! /n
- Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money

/n /n For an experienced candidate;

responsibilities include, but not limited to:/n /n

- All aspects of the sales process

/n

- Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers

/n

- Achieving individual sales KPI's

/n

- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding the GAC, LDV & RAM brands

/n

- Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients to find the right vehicle

/n /n About you:/n /n

- No experience is required! We will consider all industries for the right candidate

/n

- Confident, positive and ambitious - with a strong drive to succeed

/n

- Excellent communication skills and a professional, well-spoken manner

/n

- Customer-focused, with a genuine passion for building strong relationships where customer service is paramount

/n

- You must be comfortable with negotiating

/n

- Strong work ethic – must be willing to learn, take guidance and continuously develop

/n

- Current NSW Driver's License

/n

- Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) when required as per roster (11-day fortnight)
