We're looking for a Sales & Leasing Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. Whether you're an experienced operator ready for your next move, or you're early in your career and keen to build a future in property, we want to hear from you.

About the role

You'll play a key role in driving leasing and sales outcomes across our commercial and industrial portfolios. This is a hands-on position with genuine scope to build your own client base, develop your market knowledge, and grow within a supportive team workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Manage sales and leasing campaigns from listing through to settlement/lease execution
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers
- Conduct property inspections, appraisals, and market analysis
- Prepare marketing materials and campaign strategies in collaboration with the team
- Negotiate terms on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes
- Stay across market trends and opportunities across SA commercial and industrial property

About you

If you're experienced:





- A proven track record in commercial or industrial sales and leasing
- An existing network within the SA property market (highly regarded but not essential)
- A current real estate agent's registration or licence (or eligibility to obtain one)

If you're starting out:

- No prior real estate experience required — we'll invest in your training and development
- A genuine interest in property, sales, and building a long-term career in the industry
- Willingness to work toward your Certificate of Registration/licensing requirements

Everyone should bring:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and a proactive, target-driven approach
- A professional, personable manner with clients
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
