About the role

We're seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Communications Assistant to grow brand awareness, drive bookings, and build solid client relationships. This is a hands-on role combining marketing, content, and sales, with potential for a day per week on the road meeting clients and developing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with corporates, schools, local government, and media
- Drive new business opportunities, group bookings, and event sales
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage all digital channels (websites, Google Business, online listings)
- Oversee CRM systems, booking platforms, and reporting
- Identify and implement cross-selling opportunities across venues
- Support content creation (social media, photography, video)

About you

- 2+ years' experience in hospitality, events, or venue sales/marketing
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert sales
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Confident in negotiation and relationship management
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail




- Experience creating social media content (photo/video desirable)
- Driver's licence and own vehicle required
