You'll be responsible for developing new business while building solid, long-term relationships with Indigo Wolf customers. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and winning new business rather than sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Building relationships with schools, sporting clubs, associations and businesses
- Contacting prospective customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings
- Identifying uniform, apparel and merchandise opportunities
- Meeting customers and presenting Indigo Wolf's products and capabilities
- Preparing quotes and following opportunities through to order
- Working with our design and production team to develop custom apparel solutions
- Managing and growing your own sales pipeline
- Following up leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
About you
- Confident, personable, organised and motivated by results
- Previous sales, account management or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and approaching recent customers
- A proactive approach to finding and developing opportunities
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- The ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities at once
- A professional but down-to-earth communication style
- A current Australian driver's licence
