- Connect with interested families:



Contact students and parents who have enquired about Contour, registered their interest or are eligible for follow-up after a free trial. Most outreach takes place by phone, supported by email and text. This is primarily a B2C outbound-calling sales role, but you will not be working from completely cold prospect lists.

- Manage new enquiries: Respond to incoming phone, email and text enquiries, understand what each family needs, explain the most relevant programs and book free trial weeks.

/n

- Drive enrolments: Follow up with families after their trial, answer concerns and clearly explain the value of the most suitable Contour program.

/n

- Own your pipeline: Keep your CRM records accurate, complete follow-ups when promised and maximise every appropriate opportunity.

/n

- Achieve your targets: Work towards clear activity, trial-booking and enrolment goals while maintaining an honest, student-focused approach.

/n

- Improve the process: Share customer feedback and recurring questions with your Sales Team Leader to help improve the family experience and conversion process.

/n /n /n This is a full time, permanent role (38 hours a week) weekdays 11am to 9pm and weekends 9am to 5pm, based at our Melbourne CBD campus. /n These are the business’s operating hours, not an expectation that you work every day or every available hour. Evening and weekend availability is required. /n What You Will Bring/n /n

- Solid communication skills, with the empathy to build real relationships with students and parents.

/n





- Solution-focused, confident addressing concerns and guiding families through a decision rather than pushing them into one.

/n

- Organised under pressure, able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups while staying focused on targets.

/n

- Comfortable with CRM systems and quick to pick up new software (bonus points if you've used HubSpot before!).

/n

- Strong academic record through VCE or equivalent.

/n

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Commerce, Business, or a related field.

/n

- Genuinely student-focused, with a real interest in helping families succeed, not just closing a sale.

/n

- Retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales experience (preferred, not required).
