Eastern & South Eastern Melbourne We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative to help develop and service our customer base across Eastern and South Eastern Melbourne.
This role suits someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers, building relationships and creating new business opportunities.
You’ll work closely with your manager to plan priorities, review opportunities and develop the best approach for the territory.
Experience in cabinet making, kitchens, joinery or furniture painting would be highly regarded, but it’s not essential. Solid sales and relationship-building experience is just as important.
The Role
- Develop new business across Eastern and South Eastern Melbourne
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Make outbound calls and arrange face-to-face client visits
- Follow up leads and identify sales opportunities
- Manage your customer pipeline and keep HubSpot CRM up to date daily
- Track sales activity and provide regular updates to management

You’ll be:
- Confident,
friendly and a robust communicator
- Self-motivated and comfortable generating new business
- Organised and able to manage your own customer pipeline
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently
- Happy to collaborate closely with your manager and the wider team
