• Williams-Sonoma. /n Our Bondi Junction store is looking for Sales &

• Service Leads, also known as Sales &

• Service Key Holders, to help create a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers. /n In this role, you will support the store team by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and helping lead the floor in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. /n We will be offering both fixed-term and permanent part-time opportunities, with 40–60 hours per fortnight on a fixed two-week rotating roster, including alternate weekends. /n Why You Will Love Working With Us /n We are all about creating a workplace where you feel supported, inspired, and excited to come to work. /n /n What You Will Be Doing: /n /n





- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and support of in-store design services.

/n

- Complete operational tasks including opening and closing duties, register functions, and compliance with company policies.

/n

- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.

/n

- Assist with inventory management including receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation, and WHS practices.

/n

- Participate in training and development while supporting a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

/n /n What You Will Bring to the Role: /n /n

- 1-2 years customer service experience (specialty retail preferred but not required).

/n

- Strong sales skills with the confidence to meet and exceed performance targets.

/n

- A proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

/n

- High attention to detail /n /n Physical Requirements: /n /n
- Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods

/n

- Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards

/n

- Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
