01st September, 2026/n Sales & Service Coordinator - Lotteries /n Located at RSL Queensland's ANZAC House in Fortitude Valley, You'll help deliver great customer experiences while supporting the revenue that funds services for veterans and their families. /n At RSL Queensland, our Dream Home Art Union lottery helps fund vital services that support veterans, current serving Defence members and their families. As a Sales & Service Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales and service channels, helping drive sales performance, customer outcomes and compliance standards. /n Working closely with internal teams, external partners and service providers, you'll monitor performance, coordinate reporting, support quality assurance activities and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences. /n /n This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where your work directly contributes to supporting Queensland's veteran community. /n What you'll do /n /n
- Support the performance of sales and service channels through reporting and operational coordination /n
- Monitor vendor performance and quality outcomes against agreed standards

- Assist with quality assurance and compliance activities across sales and service channels /n
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers /n
- Support campaign reporting and sales performance analysis /n
- Assist with invoice processing and financial administration activities /n
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies /n
- Help ensure excellent customer experiences are delivered across all touchpoints /n About you /n
/n You're an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with people, processes and data to achieve great outcomes. /n

/n You'll bring: /n

- Experience in sales operations, customer service, contact centre, administration or a similar coordination role /n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail /n
- Experience preparing reports and working with data to support decision-making /n
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills /n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment /n
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset /n
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively as part of a team /n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel /n Experience working with vendors, contact centres, quality assurance processes or compliance frameworks will be highly regarded. /n
