Sales, Training & Safety Support Darwin NT | Fixed Term contract until 02/2027 | Monday to Friday Synergie Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Sales, Training & Safety Support professional to join a well-established business based in Winnellie. This is a varied position combining WHS and training coordination, internal sales, customer service and administration, making it a great chance for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across different areas of a business.

About the Role Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating employee and contractor inductions
- Supporting WHS processes, hazard reporting and incident investigations
- Conducting scheduled workplace safety inspections
- Maintaining training records and coordinating training requirements
- Following up outstanding training and refresher requirements
- Monitoring the sales inbox and responding to customer enquiries
- Following up quotes and estimates
- Assisting walk-in customers and processing orders
- Liaising with production, schedulers and site contacts regarding deliveries and priorities




- Providing general administration and operational support to the branch About You We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in administration, WHS, training coordination, internal sales or a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valuable Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- An understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety would be highly regarded but is not essential. What's on Offer?
