You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the system is optimised, user-friendly and aligned to business needs. /n /n ✨ What You’ll Do /n /n
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity /n
- Manage user access, profiles, roles and permissions /n
- Configure workflows, automations, reports and dashboards to support business operations /n
- Support users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries and providing guidance /n
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements /n
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing and governance processes /n
- Assist with system integrations, updates and releases /n
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides /n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience /n /n /n What You’ll Bring /n You’ll thrive in this role if you’re analytical, proactive and enjoy solving problems.
You bring: /n /n
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, 3+ years
/n
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
/n
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, reporting and automation tools /n
- Experience managing users, permissions and system configurations /n
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills /n
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy /n
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions /n
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users /n
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement /n
- Experience with Omnichannel preferred
