Job Summary:/n

We are seeking an experienced SAP Operations Lead - Finance to oversee the management of the customer Finance platform, ensuring smooth operations and effective handling of BAU activities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of SAP FI, ABAP, and BASIS consultants, ensuring seamless execution of finance-related tasks, incident management, and change management processes./n

Key Responsibilities:/n /n

- Manage the customer Finance platform with a dedicated team of SAP FI, ABAP, and BASIS consultants.

/n

- Monitor and manage BAU activities, including FSCD daily processing, incident resolution, and change management.

/n

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on BAU activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

/n

- Oversee risk events, conduct Post-Incident Reviews (PIR), and implement necessary controls or resolutions.

/n

- Manage Finance month-end activities and weekend FSCD execution.

/n

- Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and provide BAU clearance for production changes.

/n

- Deliver weekly and monthly updates on Finance platform operations to relevant stakeholders.

/n

- Identify BAU pain points and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and resolve operational issues.

Required Skills & Experience:/n /n





- Robust expertise in SAP FI, SAP ABAP, and SAP FI-FSCD.

/n

- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for incident and change management.

/n

- Proven ability to manage and lead SAP operations teams effectively.

/n

- Solid understanding of Finance processes, month-end activities, and FSCD execution.

/n

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide clear and concise updates.

/n

- Experience in risk management, PIR, and implementing necessary controls.

/n

- Ability to identify and resolve BAU pain points efficiently.

/n

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:/n /n

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.

/n

- SAP FI or ABAP certification is an advantage.

/n

- Experience in working within large-scale SAP environments.

/n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

/n /n
