Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Australian Payroll to support the implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Australian payroll processes, legislation, taxation, superannuation, and payroll integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

- Work extensively on Australian Payroll processes, including payroll calculation, taxation, superannuation, leave, allowances, deductions, and statutory requirements.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors functional solutions.

- Configure Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and related SuccessFactors modules.

- Support integration between SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll/ECP and third-party payroll systems.

- Work on payroll interfaces, data replication, employee master data, and payroll-related integrations.

- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Support payroll testing, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and parallel payroll runs.

- Ensure payroll solutions comply with relevant Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, business stakeholders, and integration teams.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and process documentation.

- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and post-go-live activities.





- Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of SuccessFactors and payroll processes.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP Payroll.

- Strong knowledge of Australian Payroll processes and requirements.

- Experience with Australian PAYG taxation, Superannuation, STP (Single Touch Payroll), leave, allowances, deductions, and payroll compliance.

- Experience with SAP Payroll configuration and payroll processing.

- Robust understanding of HR master data and employee lifecycle processes.

- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and data replication.

- Strong experience in payroll testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management.

- SuccessFactors Compensation and Performance & Goals.

- SAP Integration Suite / CPI.

- Experience with SAP HCM / SAP HR.

- Experience with third-party payroll integrations.

- Experience working on SuccessFactors implementation or migration projects.

- Knowledge of Australian HR and employment practices.

- Experience working with large enterprise payroll environments.

Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of SAP/HR technology experience.

- Strong SuccessFactors functional consulting background.

- Hands-on Australian Payroll experience is highly preferred.

- Previous experience supporting Australian clients or payroll environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Perth-based candidates preferred.

- Candidates must have valid Australian work rights.
