Life Without Barriers in Parramatta (NSW) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support young people in out-of-home care, focusing on emotional, behavioural, and psychological wellbeing. You will work with families, carers and communities to guide positive change.

The role involves monthly home visits across Northern and Western Sydney, trauma-informed casework, and travel as required. This is a permanent full time position with hybrid arrangements.
