Project Leads/Architects for Bespoke Residential projects - ArchiCAD design-focused studio n

We are working with a highly design-focused architecture practice with a strong reputation across sectors including bespoke homes, apartment developments, and public architecture. The studio is growing and looking for experienced graduates and Project Leaders. The immediate focus is on multi-residential projects, with a broad portfolio spanning private residential, adaptive reuse, co-living, healthcare, childcare and other specialist projects.The practice operates with non-specialised project teams, giving architects the prospect to remain involved across different sectors and stages rather than being confined to one area of production.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver bespoke homes and multi-residential projects across design and documentation stages
n
- Work closely with clients, consultants and the internal teams
n
- Contribute to design development, technical documentation and project delivery
n
- Understandingof construction detailing and documentation
n
- Coordinate projects within a collaborative, non-specialised team structure
n
- Take ownership of projects while working closely with senior leadership
n




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Proactive, positive and engaging personality
n

Skills and experience

n

n
- Operating at a level similar to 4-8years’ professional practice experience
n
- Experience on high-quality houses and apartments
n
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred
n
- Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability
n
- Outstanding communication skills (written, visual,verbal)and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable
n
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
- Experience working with clients and consultants
n
- Candidates from other sectors with strong transferable skills will also be considered
n
