We require a super friendly and enthusiastic administrator/trainee service advisor to provide amazing customer service as part of our growing service team. You will need to be highly motivated and enjoy going the extra mile for our lovely customers. We are happy to chat to people with backgrounds from customer service and sales and train you.

You will be keen to train as a service advisor as that will form the majority of your . No mechanical knowledge experience is necessary as we will train you.

We are a rapid paced, friendly, family owned and run business in a central location. Our existing full time office team work a 4-day work week, 6.30am-5.00pm but are open to flexible hours as long as coverage is maintained. We need an extra helping hand 2 days a week from 9-2 (flexible), potentially building to more days as we grow. The days are adaptable but we are hoping for possibly Monday and Tuesday at this point.

You will have

- Excellent telephone and computer skills
- A friendly warm manner
- Excellent working memory, we frequently get interrupted mid task
- Solid customer service experience with a focus on building and developing good relationships with customers
- Very solid communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team environment to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Friendly and positive personality
- An eye for detail
- The ability to learn quickly and retain what you have learned
- The ability to work under pressure without getting flustered (don't panic, you will also enjoy quieter periods of time at work)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales or related role
- Current police clearance or willing to obtain it.
- Manual driver's license preferred but not essential
