Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Preparing and maintaining the sterile field in the operating room.

- Assisting surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.

/n

- Ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and available.

/n

- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of surgical supplies.

/n

- Adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols.

/n

- Collaborating with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care.

/n Qualifications/n To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: /n /n

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

/n

- Proven experience as a Scrub Scout in a hospital or clinical setting.

/n

- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.

/n

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

/n

- Flexibility to adapt to varying surgical schedules.
