/n Responsibilities /n Leading the project team into delivery in an agile setting to manage and deliver project scope within budget.

/n Ensure project phases completes on time and on budget

/n Managing Scrum team, managing the backlog, sprint planning

/n Running daily team huddles

/n Coordinating releases

/n Delegating stories to team members

/n Managing defects

/n Working knowledge of Agile Scrum, delivery across multiple scrum teams

/n Coordinating with other project and technology teams for example to align data requirements /n Skills /n Must have /n 4+ years experience as scrum master/project manager

/n Understanding of Capital Markets is a must

/n Managed projects for the last 4+ years in an agile delivery methodology

/n Excellent communication skills





/n Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Able to investigate, analyse and troubleshoot tasks.

/n Some technical background and willingness/attitude to look at technical detail if required /n Nice to have /n Understanding of financial products in general and derivatives trading technology platforms in particular especially focused on IRD, FXD and FI asset classes.

/n Familiarity with data structures, SQL queries and stored procedures. /n Required Skills: /n
