- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Previous retail experience within apparel, accessories or premium retail (essential)

- Confidence achieving sales targets and working towards KPIs

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Impeccable personal presentation that reflects the Oroton brand

- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment during our busiest trading period

- Commencement date from November 2026 – February 2027

- Begin as a seasonal team member, with the prospect to continue as an ongoing casual – and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance

- Please note: Due to the nature of the festive trading period, successful candidates must be available throughout our blackout trading period, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
